Food Truck Weddings
Say I Do to Food Trucks and Your Colorado Wedding.
Wedding Catering Made Easy
Food Trucks offer guests a one of a kind experience! In many ways, they reflect the essence of Colorado – they are simultaneously distinctive and laid back. They serve up food for every palate, from the refined to the fun!
Choosing to have a food truck cater your wedding means that you can customize your service and guests’ interactions with our trucks. We offer a range of service options from street service straight from our trucks to custom curated buffet options utilizing our expanded catering menu.
Regardless of the service option you choose, you can expect the same exceptional food, personal care, and customer-focused experience to make your day memorable and truly one of a kind.
Food trucks are slow. Will my guests spend all night at the truck?
For the most part this is more dependent on the menu than the food truck. While we strongly suggest going for a tasting with any food vendor offering your guests a paired down food truck menu will speed up service. By limiting your entree choices to 3-4 options you have just cut down your service time by 75%. Any of our amazing food trucks will be able to work with you to pull off your vision and serve in a timely manner.
Food trucks are more affordable, but how much should I budget?
The pricing depends on your food truck chosen. An entree truck proving an entree, sides, and appetizers will typically charge $25-$45 per person depending on the dishes chosen.
Dessert vendor food trucks are typically in the range of $12-$15/guest.
It is also important to note that there is typically a minimum charge for a truck to attend. Prices do not include any travel, booking, or gratuity charges specific vendors may charge**
My venue requires a full-service caterer. Can a Food Truck provide that?
Absolutely! When a venue requires a full-service caterer, they are typically referring to having the caterer set-up, tear down, and clean the venue at the conclusion of the night. Food trucks take a team as well and should be able to accommodate these requests!
